Parent Coaching

Parent coaching sessions equip parents and caregivers with practical, evidence-based strategies to better understand and manage challenging behaviors. Together, we focus on problem-solving, skill-building, and strengthening parenting confidence to support your child's success at home and beyond.

Parenting is rewarding, but it can also be challenging—and every parent deserves support along the way. Parent coaching provides a collaborative space to better understand your child's needs, strengthen your parenting toolbox, and develop practical strategies that promote positive behavior, emotional growth, and healthy family relationships.

Parent coaching is often recommended for young children who are not yet developmentally ready to participate in psychotherapy, for parents of children with behavioral challenges who are also receiving individual therapy, and for families adjusting to a new diagnosis or seeking guidance on how best to support their child at home. Sessions are individualized to your family's goals and may focus on topics such as behavior management, emotional regulation, communication, parenting confidence, and implementing recommendations from therapy or psychological evaluations.

Sessions can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on your family's needs, allowing for ongoing support as you build skills and navigate new challenges with confidence.
